Welcome. I'm so happy you're here.

Hi! Thanks for spending a brief moment here with me. Here I hope to bring you anecdotes of a young married want-to-be pioneer, with a love of Meryl Streep, forests of pine, and well-designed everything. If any of that is able to bring you joy, entertainment, or something to pass the time with when you're bored, then please, join us here. My name is Lottie and my husband's is John Louis. We live in Upstate New York, the state in which we were born, and later married. Here we cherish mornings and all that they entail (caffeine, bacon, etc), the familiarity of family and old friends, and four vibrant, charismatic seasons. If you share any part of my story, I invite you to pioneer with me. I truly feel that we are all in this together, and I hope that motto will bear significance as I share these slivers of my life. I am also a freelance graphic designer; please take a peek at my portfolio should you be so inclined!  Other places you may consistently find my work are on boxes of coffee here , or alongside essays about motherhood here .
